न्यूज डेस्क आगरा मीडिया ::---.वेस्टइंडीज दौरा समाप्त होने के बाद भारतीय तेज गेंदबाज मोहम्मद शमी अमेरिका चले गए हैं और वह अब बीसीसीआई के साथ-साथ अपने अमेरिकी वकील के भी संपर्क में हैं. कोलकाता की अलीपुर अदालत ने भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम के खिलाड़ी मोहम्मद शमी के खिलाफ घरेलू हिंसा के मामले में गिरफ्तारी वांरट जारी किया है. शमी पर उनकी पत्नी हसीन जहां ने घरेलू हिंसा के आरोप लगाए थे. अदालत ने शमी को 15 दिन के अंदर सरेंडर करने और जमानत की अर्जी देने के आदेश दिए हैं.
बीसीसीआई के एक सीनियर अधिकारी ने आईएएनएस से कहा कि शमी 12 सितम्बर को भारत लौटेंगे. इस समय वह अपने वकील सलीम रहमान के संपर्क में हैं. अधिकारी ने कहा, 'वेस्टइंडीज दौरा समाप्त होने के बाद शमी अमेरिका चले गए हैं और वह 12 सितंबर को भारत लौटेंगे. कोर्ट से मिले गिरफ्तारी वारंट मामले में वह अपने वकील के संपर्क में हैं और उन्होंने इस मामले पर बोर्ड के लोगों से बात की है.'
भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड (बीसीसीआई) ने दो सितंबर को कहा था कि शमी के खिलाफ बोर्ड तब तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं करेगा जब तक वो चार्जशीट नहीं देख लेता है. बीसीसीआई के एक अधिकारी ने आईएएनएस से कहा कि इस मामले पर अभी कोई कार्रवाई करना जल्दबाजी होगी.

अधिकारी ने कहा, 'हां, हम जानते हैं कि गिरफ्तारी वांरट जारी हुआ है, लेकिन इस समय हम इस मामले में नहीं पड़ेंगे. एक बार हम चार्जशीट देख लें. इसके बाद हम फैसला लेंगे कि चीजें किस तरह से होंगी और अगर बीसीसीआई का संविधान कार्रवाई की इजाजत देता है तो करेंगे. लेकिन इस समय मैं यही कह सकता हूं कि इस मामले पर कोई भी कार्रवाई करना जल्दबाजी होगी.'
शमी के वकील ने बाद में स्पष्ट करते हुए कहा था कि यह गिरफ्तारी वारंट नहीं है और शमी को सरेंडर करने के लिए कहा गया है. शमी की पत्नी हसीन जहां ने बाद में आईएएनएस से कहा था कि शमी के पास बचने के लिए अब कोई रास्ता नहीं है. उन्होंने कहा था, 'अगर आसाराम बापू और राम रहीम कानून से नहीं बच पाए तो उसके सामने शमी कौन है?'
हसीन ने कहा, 'मैं पिछले डेढ़ साल से लड़ाई लड़ रही हूं. मैं उम्मीद खोती जा रही थी, मैं आर्थिक तौर पर भी मजबूत नहीं हूं और न ही मुझे किसी तरह का समर्थन हासिल है. मैं काफी मेहनत कर रही हूं लेकिन मुझे उम्मीद नजर नहीं आ रही थी मैं हार मान रही थी.'
उन्होंने कहा, 'ऐसा लग रहा था कि यह मामला दब गया, लेकिन अल्लाह का शुक्रिया कि सच की जीत हुई. मैंने जितने भी आरोप शमी पर लगाए वो सभी सही साबित हुए. न्यायातंत्र सभी के लिए एक है. मैं काफी खुश हूं और शुक्रगुजार हूं कि मुझे न्याया मिला और मेरा दर्द समझा गया.'
