रिलायंस जियो फाइबर (Reliance Jio Fiber) को लेकर सारी जानकारियां 5 सितंबर को सामने आ चुकी हैं. जियो फाइबर के तहत रिलायंस ने 6 अलग अलग टैरिफ प्लान्स (tarrif plans) लॉन्च किए हैं. कंपनी ने जियो.कॉम पर जियो फाइबर के लिए रेजिस्ट्रेश (jio fiber registration) करने का प्रोसेस बताया है. कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर मौजूदा ग्राहक (existing customers) के लिए भी अलग से सेक्शन दिया है, जिसमें बताया गया है कि जियो सर्विस अपग्रेड करने के लिए आपसे संपर्क करेगा. इसके लिए ग्राहकों को अपने मोबाइल में My Jio App डाउनलोड करनी होगी, जिसके ज़रिए कंपनी ग्राहक से संपर्क करेगी.

इसके अलावा वेबसाइट पर ये भी बताया गया है कि अगर ग्राहक जियो फाइबर की अधिक जानकारी पाना चाहते हैं तो WhatsApp के ज़रिए 70008-70008 को फोन में ऐड करें.जियोफाइबर (Jio Fiber) के प्लान की बात करें तो ये 699 रुपये से 8499 रुपये प्रति महीने तक के होंगे. जियो ने कहा कि जियो फाइबर ब्रॉडबैंड सेवाएं अभी कुल 1600 शहरों में उपलब्ध है. टैरिफ प्लान के हिसाब से आपको 100Mbps से लेकर 1Gbps तक की स्पीड मिलेगी.
