ऑनलाइन खाना ऑर्डर किया 112 रुपये का, खाते से गए 14 हजार, ऐसे हुआ ठगी का शिकार Ordered food for Rs 112 online, 14 thousand went from account, victim of fraud

 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.आगरा में ऑनलाइन फूड एप कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर नंबर पर कॉल करके एक व्यक्ति साइबर अपराधियों का शिकार बन गया। उन्हें आर्डर कैंसल करने पर 112 रुपये वापस लेने थे। मगर, साइबर अपराधियों ने एटीएम कार्ड और खाते की जानकारी लेकर 14 हजार रुपये निकाल लिए। पीड़ित ने पुलिस से शिकायत की है।
पीड़ित न्यू आगरा क्षेत्र का रहने वाला है। उन्होंने 26 अगस्त को एक एप के माध्यम से खाने का आर्डर किया था। कुछ देर बाद डिलीवरी ब्वाय का कॉल आया। उसने कहा कि आर्डर पूरा नहीं किया जा सकता है। आर्डर कैंसल कर दो। इस पर पीड़ित ने आर्डर के 112 रुपये वापस मांगे।

कंपनी के कर्मचारी ने खुद वापस आने की बात कही। पांच दिन तक रकम नहीं आई। इस पर 31 अगस्त को फिर से कर्मचारी को कॉल किया। उसने एप से नंबर लेकर बात करने के लिए बोल दिया। बात करने पर एक व्यक्ति ने एनी डेस्क एप मोबाइल पर डाउनलोड कराने के लिए बोल दिया। इसके बाद एप से मिला एक नंबर मैसेज कराया। 

बाद में कहा गया कि एप से भी रुपये नहीं आ रहे हैं। उन्होंने खाते, एटीएम कार्ड नंबर और पिन नंबर ले लिया। एक अधिकारी से भी बात कराई। 30 मिनट के अंदर उनके खाते से तीन बार में 14 हजार रुपये निकल गए। पीड़ित ने एसएसपी आफिस में प्रार्थना पत्र देकर कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
ऐसे बचें साइबर अपराधियों से
साइबर सेल एक्सपर्ट के मुताबिक, लोग कस्टमर केयर के नंबरों की खोज इंटरनेट पर करते हैं। मगर, कई कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर के नाम से साइबर अपराधियों ने अपने नंबर इंटरनेट पर डाल दिए हैं। 

जब लोग कॉल करते हैं तो सही नंबर समझकर जानकारी दे देते हैं। मगर, ऐसा नहीं करना चाहिए। अगर, कोई कंपनी का व्यक्ति बनकर खाते, ओटीपी, एटीएम कार्ड, पिन नंबर की जानकारी मांग रहा होता है तो उसे न दें। 

किसी भी अंजान व्यक्ति से अपनी जानकारी साझा नहीं करें। लुभावनी बातों में आकर मोबाइल एप डाउनलोड न करें। खासकर बैंक खाते से जुड़ी कोई भी जानकारी साझा न करें। सावधानी ही आपको साइबर फ्रॉड से बचा सकती है।

The employee of the company talked about coming back himself. The amount did not come for five days. On August 31, he again called the employee. He spoke to the app to take the number. On talking, a person spoke to download any desk app on mobile. After this, I got a number message from the app.

Later it was said that even money is not coming from the app. They took accounts, ATM card numbers and PIN numbers. Talked to an officer as well. Within 30 minutes, 14 thousand rupees were withdrawn from his account three times. The victim has given action in SSP office demanding action.

According to the cyber cell expert, people search for customer care numbers on the Internet. But, in the name of customer care of many company, cyber criminals have put their numbers on the Internet.

When people call, they understand the correct number and give information. However, it should not be done. If, as a company person, asking for information about accounts, OTPs, ATM cards, PIN numbers, then do not give them.

Do not share your information with any unknown person. Do not download the mobile app by coming across breathtaking things. Especially do not share any information related to bank account. Caution can only protect you from cyber fraud.
