 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.बारिश के कारण प्रभावित हुई सब्जियों की आवक ने रसोई का जायका बिगाड़ दिया है। सब्जियों के भाव आसमान छू रहे हैं। कई सब्जियों के रेट डेढ़ से दोगुने तक पहुंच चुके हैं। लहसुन, अदरक, प्याज हो या हरी सब्जियां, आम आदमी से दूर होती जा रही हैं। गृहणियों के लिए बजट मैनेज करना मुश्किल भरा हो गया है।

सिकंदरा स्थित फल और सब्जी मंडी में टमाटर का 25 किलो का डिब्बा 400 रुपये का मिल रहा है। फुटकर में टमाटर 30-40 रुपये किलो तक बिक रहा है। धनियां की हालत और भी खराब है। एक ही दिन में धनियां के थोक भाव 70 रुपये से बढ़कर 80 रुपये किलो तक पहुंच गए। अदरक व लहसुन के भाव भी आसमान छूने लगे हैं। प्याज का भी यही हाल है। कारोबारियों के मुताबिक मंडी में अदरक, लहसुन व टमाटर की आवक कमजोर होने से भाव में वृद्घि बनी हुई है। लोगों का कहना है कि लहसुन का भाव अचानक तेजी से बढ़ा है। पिछले एक माह में बाजार भाव में उतार-चढ़ाव के बाद स्थानीय बाजार में लहसुन का भाव 90 से 120 रुपये, अदरक का भाव 180 रुपये प्रतिकिलो तक पहुंच गया है। फूल गोभी 40 रुपये किलो है, तो बैंगन 30 रुपये किलो में मिल रहा है। पत्तागोभी, लौकी, करेला, शिमला मिर्च, लोबिया, अरबी, तोरई, परवल, भिंडी, खीरा के दाम 30 रुपये से लेकर 50 रुपये किलो तक हो गए हैं।


बाजार के जानकारों का कहना है कि बारिश के कारण सब्जियों की फसल प्रभावित हुई है, जिसका असर आवक पर पड़ा है। आमद कम होने से बीन्स और शिमला मिर्च तो ज्यादा दामों पर भी बमुश्किल मिल रही हैं। सब्जियों की आमद 30 फीसद तक कम हुई है। थोक सब्जी व्यवसायी पुनीत, रामलाल, विजय, देवेन्द्र का कहना है कि सब्जियों की कीमतों में अभी और तेजी के संकेत हैं। पुनीत ने कहा कि श्राद्ध के दौरान हरी सब्जियों की डिमांड अधिक होती है, इसलिए खासकर तोरई, लौकी के दाम में बढ़ोत्तरी होने की संभावना हैं।

In a single day, the wholesale price of coriander rose from Rs 70 to Rs 80 per kg. Prices of ginger and garlic have also started touching the sky. The condition of onion is the same. According to traders, there is an increase in prices due to the weak arrival of ginger, garlic and tomatoes in the market. People say that the price of garlic has suddenly increased rapidly. In the last one month, after the fluctuation in the market price, the price of garlic in the local market has gone up to Rs 90 to 120, the price of ginger has gone up to Rs 180 per kg. Cauliflower is priced at Rs 40 per kg, and brinjal is available for Rs 30 per kg. The prices of cabbage, gourd, bitter gourd, capsicum, cowpea, arabic, torai, parwal, okra, cucumber have been increased from Rs 30 to Rs 50 per kg.


Market experts say that the crop of vegetables has been affected due to rain, which has affected the arrival. Beans and capsicum are barely available even at high prices due to the inflow of influx. Vegetables have come down by 30 percent. Wholesale vegetable businessmen Puneet, Ramlal, Vijay, Devendra say that there are still signs of further rise in the prices of vegetables. Puneet said that the demand for green vegetables is high during the Shraddha, so the price of gourd, especially luffa, is likely to increase.
