न्यूज डेस्क आगरा मीडिया ::---.यूपी के हमीरपुर जिले में करीब 13 साल पहले झांसी के भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा के अध्यक्ष समेत 3 लोगों की हत्या हुई थी. आरोप में हमीरपुर की विशेष अदालत ने 8 लोगों को उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई है. आरोपियों में से दो लोग बाप-बेटे हैं. इस मामले में पहले 8 हत्यारों के खिलाफ विशेष अदालत में डकैती और हत्या के दोष तय किए थे.
13 साल तक चले इस मुकदमे के बाद आखिरकार इन आरोपियों को अदालत ने उम्र कैद की सजा सुना दी. आरोपियों में पूर्व ब्लॉक प्रमुख उसके दो बेटे ब्लॉक प्रमुख प्रतिनिधि, रानीगंज नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष समेत आठ लोगों को जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया है. इनमें से हर आरोपी को 1 लाख 16 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी देना होगा.
जानकारी के मुताबिक झांसी जिले के रानीपुर निवासी भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा के जिलाध्यक्ष मनोज अपने निजी अंगरक्षक दीपचंद विमल, मोनीपाल व रामबाबू तिवारी के साथ 17 दिसंबर 2006 को रात करीब 10:30 बजे घर जा रहे थे. तभी स्कॉर्पियो और टाटा सफारी में आए ब्लॉक प्रमुख लेखराज यादव और अन्य आरोपियों ने असलहे के बल पर उनकी गाड़ी को रोक लिया और उनके वाहन पर ताबड़तोड़ फायरिंग कर दी.
इस फायरिंग में मनोज समेत तीन लोगों की मौत हुई थी. 2 लोग घायल भी हुए थे. तब से ही यह मुकदमा चल रहा था और लंबी सुनवाई के बाद आखिरकार इन आरोपियों को दोषी मानते हुए अदालत ने उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई है.
