न्यूज डेस्क आगरा मीडिया ::---.उत्तर प्रदेश में बिजली के घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं के लिए एक और मुसीबत आने वाली है. प्रदेश में बिजली का बिल बढ़ाए जाने के बाद पॉवर कॉरपोरेशन अब पांच किलोवॉट से ऊपर खपत वाले सभी उपभोक्ताओं को सिक्योरिटी मनी देने का नोटिस भेज रहा है. यह सिक्योरिटी मनी 30 दिन के भीतर जमा करनी होगी.
सिक्योरिटी मनी वाले नियम का असर प्रदेश के लाखों उपभोक्ताओं पर पड़ेगा. 30 दिन के भीतर सिक्योरिटी मनी न जमा कराए जाने पर विद्युत विभाग उपभोक्ता की बिजली भी काट सकता है. बिजली विभाग के मुताबिक यह सिक्योरिटी मनी उपभोक्ता के पिछले 1 साल के बिल के आधार पर तय की जाएगी. अगर किसी उपभोक्ता का बिल पिछले 1 साल में एक लाख रुपये है तो उस लिहाज से 45 दिनों का जितना बिल बनता होगा वह उसकी सिक्योरिटी मनी मानी जाएगी.
इस सिक्योरिटी में से पहले से जमा सिक्योरिटी मनी को घटा करके बाकी का अमाउंट उपभोक्ता से लिया जाएगा. सिक्योरिटी मनी मांगे जाने के पीछे पावर कॉरपोरेशन की दलील है कि ऐसा जो कॉस्ट डाटा बुक के प्रावधान होते हैं उसके आधार पर किया जा रहा है. यह प्रावधान 5 किलोवॉट से ऊपर के उपभोक्ताओं को लागू किया गया है.
बता दें उत्तर प्रदेश में बिजली की दरों में बढ़ोतरी के खिलाफ अब सियासत भी तेज हो गई है. कांग्रेसी कार्यकर्ता एवं नेता प्रदेश के सभी शहरों के मुख्य बाजारों इसके विरोध में लालटेन जुलूस निकाला. वहीं दूसरे दलों ने भी अपना विरोध जताया है.
