दो पूर्व कुलपतियों सहित 19 पर केस का मामला— एजेंसी मैनेजर की अग्रिम जमानत की अर्जी खारिज Case against 19, including two former vice-chancellors - agency manager's application for anticipatory bail rejected

 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर विश्वविद्यालय के दो पूर्व कुलपतियों सहित 19 लोगों के खिलाफ दर्ज हुए भ्रष्टाचार के मुकद्मे में आरोपी एजेंसी मैनेजर की अग्रिम जमानत की अर्जी मेरठ स्थित एंटी करप्शन कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दी है। कोर्ट ने विवेचक से मामले में रिपोर्ट मांगी थी। विवेचक की रिपोर्ट देखने के बाद कोर्ट ने जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी।
बता दें कि चार सितंबर को विजिलेंस ने शासन से अनुमति मिलने के बाद पूर्व कुलपति प्रो. डीएन जौहर और मोहम्मद मुजम्मिल, पूर्व वित्ताधिकारी रामसागर पांडेय, एसी सिंह, रामपटल सिंह, पूर्व कुलसचिव वीके पांडेय, प्रभात रंजन, सहायक कुलसचिव अनिल शुक्ला, प्रो. भारती सिंह, डॉ. नीता चोपड़ा, डॉ. अनिल वर्मा, डॉ. वीपी सिंह, उप कुलसचिव महेंद्र कुमार, बालजी यादव, वेबमास्टर अनुज अवस्थी, डायरेक्टर राघव नारायण, माइंडलॉजिस्टिक लिमिटेड बेंगलुरु के प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर शैलेंद्र टंडन, मीनाक्षी मोहन और बालेश त्रिपाठी के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। मुकद्मे में दो को छोड़ हर किसी के बयान हो गए हैं। एजेंसी माइंडलॉजिक्स के मैनेजर शैलेंद्र टंडन और एमडी के बयान नहीं हुए हैं। एमडी ने तो कर्मचारी के माध्यम से अवगत करा दिया है कि वह सिंगापुर में इलाज करा रहे हैं। कुछ दिनों बाद आ जाएंगे। इधर शैलेंद्र टंडन बयान नहीं देने नहीं आ रहा था। टंडन ने मेरठ की एंटी करप्शन कोर्ट में अग्रिम जमानत को अर्जी दी थी। वहां से विजिलेंस से पूछा गया कि क्या इसके खिलाफ और भी मुकद्मे दर्ज हैं। विवेचक ने रिपोर्ट बनाकर भेजी कि विवि की ओर से एजेंसी के खिलाफ मुकद्मा दर्ज कराया गया था, उसमें शैलेंद्र टंडन का नाम था। थाना हरीपर्वत के विवेचक ने एफआर लगा दी। विवि ने इसको लेकर कोर्ट में प्रोटेस्ट डाल रखी है। कोर्ट में मामला अभी विचाराधीन है। इसके बाद मेरठ कोर्ट ने शैलेद्र टंडन की अग्रिम जमानत को खारिज कर दिया है।
टंडन की जमानत खारिज होने के बाद अब मुकदमे में शामिल अन्य लोगों के लिए भी अग्रिम जमानत मिलने के दरवाजे बंद हो जाएंगे। शैलेंद्र टंडन की जमानत निरस्त होने के बाद उसके खिलाफ वारंट लेकर सर्च करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। पहले वह संजय प्लेस में आईसीआईसीआई के बराबर वाली इमारत में रहता था। यहां भी उसकी खोज कराई गई लेकिन यह उसका स्थाई पता नहीं मिल पाया है।

Let us tell you that on September 4, after Vigilance got permission from the government, former Vice Chancellor Prof. DN Johar and Mohammad Muzammil, former financial officers Ramsagar Pandey, AC Singh, Rampetal Singh, former Registrar VK Pandey, Prabhat Ranjan, Assistant Registrar Anil Shukla, Prof. Against Bharti Singh, Dr. Neeta Chopra, Dr. Anil Verma, Dr. VP Singh, Deputy Registrar Mahendra Kumar, Balaji Yadav, Webmaster Anuj Awasthi, Director Raghav Narayan, Project Manager of Mindlogistic Limited, Bangalore, Shailendra Tandon, Meenakshi Mohan and Balesh Tripathi A lawsuit was filed. There have been statements from everyone except two in the case. There were no statements by Shailendra Tandon, the manager of the agency MindLogics and MD. The MD has also conveyed through the employee that he is undergoing treatment in Singapore. Will come after a few days. Shailendra Tandon was not coming here to give a statement. Tandon filed an anticipatory bail in the Anti Corruption Court of Meerut. From there, Vigilance was asked whether more cases were registered against him. Vivechak sent a report that a lawsuit was filed against the agency on behalf of the university, in which Shailendra Tandon was named. Hariparvat's police station imposed FR. The university has put a Protest in the court about this. The matter is still pending in court. After this, the Meerut court has dismissed Shaledra Tandon's anticipatory bail.
After the dismissal of Tandon's bail, the doors of getting anticipatory bail will be closed for others involved in the trial. After the bail of Shailendra Tandon was revoked, the process of searching warrants against him has started. Previously he lived in a building on par with ICICI in Sanjay Place. He was also searched here but his permanent address could not be found.
