 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.बस्ती-बस्ती समस्याओं से उत्पन्न परेशानी को बड़े ही नहीं, बल्कि बच्चे भी समझ रहे हैं। वे जानते हैं शहर को क्या चाहिए। इसका अहसास शुक्रवार को नगर निगम पहुंचे स्कूली बच्चों ने कराया। कार्यकारिणी कक्ष का माहौल कुछ बदला हुआ था। हमेशा की तरह मेयर नवीन जैन अपनी सीट पर बैठे थे और मीटिंग में नगर निगम और शहर से जुड़े कई मुद्दों पर सवाल जवाब का दौर चल रहा था। फर्क यह था कि अन्य सीटों पर निगम के अधिकारी नहीं बल्कि विभिन्न स्कूलों से आये छात्र-छात्राएं बैठे थे, जो नगर निगम की कार्यशैली को जानने को बेहद उत्सुक थे।
नगर निगम आने से पहले छात्र-छात्राओं के मन में कई शंकाएं थीं। उन शंकाओं को छात्रों ने बारी-बारी से मेयर के सामने रखा। उन्होंने एक अध्यापक की तरह एक के बाद एक सवाल का जवाब देकर शंका समाधान किया। ये स्कूली बच्चे नगर निगम की कार्यप्रणाली जानने के लिए आये थे। नगर निगम पहुंचते ही छात्रों के दल ने मेयर से मुलाकात की। मेयर ने सभी छात्र-छात्राओं का स्वागत किया। मेयर ने खुद पूरे नगर निगम और स्मार्ट सिटी कार्यालय में भ्रमण कराया। मेयर के साथ नगरायुक्त अरुण प्रकाश भी रहे। छात्रों को हर विभाग की कार्यप्रणाली और उसकी क्या जिम्मेदारी है, इसकी जानकारी दी।
नगर निगम भ्रमण के बाद मेयर शहर में स्मार्ट सिटी के तहत चल रहे कार्यों से रूबरू कराने के लिए स्मार्ट सिटी कार्यालय पहुंचे। बच्चों को एक-एक प्रोजेक्ट की जानकारी दी। स्मार्ट सिटी के कंट्रोल रूम में भी ले गए जहां उन्होंने शहर भर में बिछाए गए सीसीटीवी के जाल के बारे में जानकारी दी और बताया कि भविष्य में यहीं से ही पूरे शहर में नजर रखी जायेगी। इस प्रोजेक्ट के माध्यम से ट्रैफिक नियम तोड़ने वाले, गंदगी फैलाने वाले लोगों पर कार्यवाही हो सकेगी। स्कूली बच्चों ने मेयर से सवाल किये, जिनके जवाब दिये गये। बच्चों के सवालों में मासूमियत थी, लेकिन उन्होंने शहर की समस्याओं से जुड़े ज्वलंत मुद्दे भी उठाए। इन सवालों को सुनकर मेयर और वहां मौजूद सभी अधिकारी-कर्मचारी हैरान रह गये। छात्र-छात्राएं अपने शहर के विकास और समस्याओं को लेकर कितने संजीदा हैं। मेयर ने स्कूली बच्चों से अपील की कि अगर वो किसी को सड़क या फिर घर के बाहर कूड़ा फेंकते हुए देखे तो उसे टोकें जरूर। बच्चों के टोकने पर कोई बुरा नहीं मानता और शर्मिंदगी महसूस करने पर उस काम को नहीं करता है। वहीं अपने जन्मदिन के अवसर पर ट्री गार्ड के साथ एक पौधा लगाने का संकल्प भी दिलाया।
स्कूली बच्चों के प्रतिनिधिमंडल में सेंट पीटर्स से मुदित अग्रवाल, कृष्णा अग्रवाल, कुशाग्र अग्रवाल, प्रांजल जैन, तनिष्क गर्ग, आयुष अग्रवाल, वत्सल अग्रवाल, यश कपूर, आरुष गुप्ता। सेंट पैट्रिक्स से प्रिशा अग्रवाल, आंचल अग्रवाल, अनन्या तिवारी और सेंट पॉल्स से श्रृष्टि गर्ग, वैभव खंडेलवाल, आयुषी गर्ग, काव्या गुप्ता, ओम गुप्ता, प्रखर बंसल आदि शामिल रहे।

The mayor was accompanied by civilian Arun Prakash. The students were informed about the functioning of every department and what is its responsibility.
After the municipal corporation visit, the Mayor reached the Smart City office to get the job done under the Smart City in the city. Informed the children of each project. He was also taken to the control room of the smart city where he gave information about the network of CCTVs spread across the city and told that the entire city would be monitored from here itself. Through this project, action will be taken against those who break traffic rules, spread dirt. The school children asked the Mayor, who answered. The children had innocence in their questions, but they also raised burning issues related to the problems of the city. The mayor and all the officers and employees present there were surprised to hear these questions. How serious are the students about the development and problems of their city. The mayor appealed to the school children that if they saw someone throwing garbage outside the street or house, then they must be interrupted. Nobody feels bad about interrupting children and does not do that work when they feel embarrassed. On the occasion of his birthday, he also pledged to plant a plant with the tree guard.
