 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.बिहार की भागलपुर कोर्ट के एडिशनल डिस्ट्रिक्ट जज विनय कुमार मिश्रा को भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप में निलंबित कर दिया गया है. यह कार्रवाई भागलपुर-पटना हाईकोर्ट प्रशासन ने की है. जज विनय कुमार मिश्रा का रिश्वत लेते हुए वीडियो वायरल हुआ था. इसके बाद प्रशासन तुरंत हरकत में आया और जज पर कार्रवाई की.
भागलपुर कोर्ट के एडिशनल डिस्ट्रिक्ट जज को निलंबित किए जाने का मामले ऐसे समय सामने आया है जब बिहार में न्यायापालिका में भ्रष्टाचार को लेकर बहस गर्म है.

पटना हाई कोर्ट में सीनियर जस्टिस राकेश कुमार की न्यायपालिका पर बेहद तल्ख टिप्पणी के बाद मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने नोटिस जारी करते हुए उनके सभी केसों की सुनवाई पर रोक लगा दी थी. जस्टिस राकेश कुमार ने न्यायपालिका से जुड़े सीनियर जजों की कार्यप्रणाली पर उठाते हुए तीखा प्रहार किया था.

हाई कोर्ट में पूर्व आईएएस अधिकारी केपी रमैय्या की खारिज अग्रिम जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस राकेश कुमार ने न केवल भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों की खिंचाई की बल्कि न्यायपालिका तक को भी नहीं छोड़ा.

हाई कोर्ट के जस्टिस राकेश कुमार ने टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि भ्रष्टाचारियों को न्यायपालिका से ही संरक्षण मिल जाता है. इसी वजह से उसके हौसले बुलंद रहते हैं. कोर्ट ने दो घंटे में लिखाए गए ऑर्डर की प्रतिलिपि पीएमओ, कॉलेजियम, केंद्रीय कानून मंत्रालय और सीबीआई के निदेशक को अग्रसारित करने का भी आदेश दिया था.
