शर्मनाक: वीजा के बहाने बुलाकर दो सिपाहियों ने किया विदेशी महिला से दुष्कर्म, मुकदमा दर्ज Embarrassing: Two soldiers raped a foreign woman by calling for a visa, case filed

 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.विदेशी मूल की एक महिला से दो सिपाहियों द्वारा दुष्कर्म करने का मामला प्रकाश में आया है। आरोपी सिपाहियों में से एक आगरा फोर्ट जीआरपी में है, जबकि दूसरा इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो में है। एसएसपी के आदेश पर दोनों के खिलाफ शहर कोतवाली में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है।
चार साल पहले हाथरस के बिसावर क्षेत्र के एक युवक से शादी करने वाली किर्गिस्तान की महिला ने भारतीय नागरिकता भी हासिल कर ली है। उसका आरोप है कि नागरिकता हासिल करने से पहले सिपाही धर्मेंद्र उसे वीजा अवधि बढ़वाने के नाम पर लखनऊ ले गया जहां उसने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म कर वीडियो बना ली। 

बीती 31 अगस्त को वह उसी वीडियो के बल पर ब्लैकमेल करते हुए उसे मथुरा लाया जहां उसने एक होटल में अपने साथी आगरा जीआरपी इंटेलिजेंस में तैनात आकाश पंवार के साथ दुष्कर्म किया। बताया जाता है कि महिला मुकदमा दर्ज कराने को कई रोज से कोतवाली के चक्कर काट रही थी मगर किसी ने नहीं सुनी। 

एसएसपी शलभ माथुर के आदेश पर शुक्रवार की देर शाम को मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। कोतवाली प्रभारी अवधेश प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि पीड़िता का मेडिकल कराया जा रहा है।

A Kyrgyzstan woman who married a young man from Bisawar region of Hathras four years ago has also acquired Indian citizenship. It is alleged that the soldier Dharmendra took him to Lucknow in the name of extending the visa period before he got citizenship where he raped and made a video.

On August 31, he blackmailed her with the same video and brought her to Mathura where she raped her partner Akash Panwar posted at Agra GRP Intelligence in a hotel. It is said that the woman had been traveling to the police station for several days to file a lawsuit, but no one listened.

A lawsuit has been filed on late Friday evening on the orders of SSP Shalabh Mathur. Kotwali in-charge Awadhesh Pratap Singh said that the victim's medical is being done.
