मथुरा: पति की मौत के बाद पत्नी ने भी तोड़ा दम, कोतवाली में दोनों ने खुद को लगाई थी आग Mathura: After the death of the husband, the wife also broke the fire, both set themselves on fire in Kotwali

 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.मथुरा के थाना सुरीर में खुद को आग लगाने वाले पति के बाद पत्नी भी जिंदगी की जंग हार गई। शुक्रवार रात को पत्नी ने भी दम तोड़ दिया। दोनों का उपचार दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में चला था। दंपती की मौत के बाद ग्रामीण में उबाल है। 
पुलिस की लापरवाही से एक हंसता-खेलता परिवार उजड़ गया है। 31 अगस्त को जोगेंद्र की मौत हो गई थी। छह दिन बाद उसकी पत्नी चंद्रवती भी जिंदगी से हार गई। मां-बाप की मौत से इकलौता बेटा जगदीश भी बुरी तरह टूट गया है। उसे संभालने वाला भी कोई नहीं है।

सुरीरकलां निवासी जोगेंद्र मजदूरी करके परिवार का पालन पोषण करता था। जोगेंद्र का पड़ोसी सत्यपाल से विवाद चल रहा था। आए दिन पड़ोसी उनके साथ मारपीट करता था। जोगेंद्र कार्रवाई के लिए थाने पर दौड़ लगाता रहा मगर पुलिस ने कार्रवाई नहीं की।
28 अगस्त को जोगेंद्र ने पत्नी चंद्रवती के साथ सुरीर कोतवाली में जाकर खुद को आग लगा ली थी। जब तक पुलिसकर्मी आग को बुझा पाते, पति-पत्नी 50 फीसद से अधिक जल चुके थे। गंभीर हालत में दोनों दिल्ली के सफदरजंग अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था।

पहले जोगेंद्र और अब चंद्रवती की मौत से गांव सुरीरकलां में मातम छा गया है। लोगों में सिस्टम के प्रति आक्रोश है। शाम तक चंद्रवती का शव मथुरा लाया जाएगा। वहीं आक्रोश को देखते हुए पुलिस और आरएएफ गांव में तैनात की गई है।

Jogendra, a resident of Surirakalan, used to take care of the family as a laborer. Jogendra had a dispute with his neighbor Satyapal. Neighbor used to fight with them the next day. Jogendra kept running to the police station for action but the police did not take action.
On August 28, Jogendra, along with wife Chandravati, set themselves on fire in Surir Kotwali. By the time policemen could extinguish the fire, the husband and wife had burnt more than 50 percent. Both were admitted to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi in critical condition.

The death of Jogendra and now Chandravati has weakened the village of Surirakala. People have resentment towards the system. By evening, Chandravati's body will be brought to Mathura. In view of the outrage, the police and RAF have been deployed in the village.
