आयुष्मान योजना के तहत न मिले इलाज, तो इस टोल फ्री नंबर पर करें शिकायत If you do not get treatment under Ayushman scheme, then complain on this toll free number

 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.आयुष्मान योजना में इलाज नहीं मिल रहा या फिर अस्पताल प्रशासन भर्ती करने में आनाकानी कर रहा है तो लाभार्थी इसकी शिकायत टोल फ्री नंबर 180018004444 पर सकते हैं। शिकायत बढ़ने पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग भी योजना में शामिल सभी अस्पतालों पर टोल फ्री नंबर अंकित कराने के लिए निर्देश दिए हैं। 
आयुष्मान योजना का लाभ कैसे लें, इसकी जानकारी कम होने के चलते लाभान्वित मरीजों की संख्या सालभर में महज पांच हजार ही हो पाई है। अस्पताल से मरीजों को लौटाया जाना भी एक बड़ी वजह है। 

लखनऊ तक पहुंचेगी शिकायत 

टोल फ्री नंबर पर शिकायत लखनऊ के सेंटर पर पहुंचेंगी। इसके बाद संबंधित अधिकारी के पास निस्तारण को निर्देश दिए जाएंगे। शिकायत की जांच के लिए डीएम की अध्यक्षता में समिति भी बनी है, जिसमें पड़ताल के बाद कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी। 
सीएमओ आगरा डॉ मुकेश वत्स ने बताया कि लाभार्थियों के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर है, कार्यालय में भी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं। योजना में शामिल सभी अस्पताल संचालकों को बोर्ड और उसमें नंबर दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। 

वेबसाइट पर पता कर सकते हैं अस्पताल, अपना नाम

आयुष्मान योजना के लाभार्थियों की सूची में अपना नाम पता करने के लिए पीएमजेएवाईडॉटजीओवीडॉटआइएन पर देख सकते हैं। इसमें योजना में शामिल अस्पतालों के नाम और किस मर्ज की सुविधा के लिए पंजीकृत हैं, यह जानकारी भी मिल जाएगी। 

यह दिए हैं निर्देश 
- योजना में जिन बीमारियों के इलाज की सुविधा है, उनका नाम लिखा जाए। 
- शिकायत के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर लिखा जाए। 
- अस्पताल के बाहर आयुष्मान योजना का बोर्ड लगाया जाए।
- आयुष्मान मित्र का नाम और उसका फोन नंबर भी दर्ज हो।

Complaint will reach Lucknow

Complaint will reach the center of Lucknow on toll free number. After this, instructions will be given to the concerned officer for disposal. A committee headed by DM has also been formed to investigate the complaint, in which action will also be taken after investigation.
CMO Agra Dr. Mukesh Vats said that there is a toll free number for the beneficiaries, they can also file a complaint in the office. All the hospital operators involved in the scheme have been instructed to enter the board and its number.

You can find the hospital, your name on the website

To know your name in the list of beneficiaries of Ayushman Yojana, you can look at PMJAYDOTGOVDOTIN. In this, information about the names of the hospitals included in the scheme and for which merger facilities are registered will also be available.

These instructions are given
- The name of diseases for which treatment is available in the scheme.
- Toll free number should be written for the complaint.
- Board of Ayushman Yojana should be installed outside the hospital.
- Name of Ayushman Mitra and his phone number should also be recorded.
