आगरा. शहर में ट्रैफिक पुलिस की सख्ती के असर का आंकलन वाहन चालकों को देखकर लगाया जा सकता है, जो अचानक नियमों का पालन कर रहे हैं. इससे ट्रैफिक पुलिसकर्मियों को काफी राहत है. एक सितम्बर से मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट के माध्यम से चालान की नई दर लागू की गई हैं. हालांकि अभी आगरा में पुरानी दरों से ही चालान किए जा रहे हैं, लेकिन आम आदमी को इसकी जानाकरी नहीं है.

नियमों का पालन कर रहे चालक

शहर की सड़कों पर अधिकतर वाहन चालक नियमों का पालन कर रहे हैं.

ट्रैफिक इंस्पैक्टर सतीश कुमार राय का कहना है कि अधिकतर वाहन चालक जुर्माना की अधिक राशि से घबराए हुए हैं. रोड पर चल रहे ऐसे लोग जो नियमों का पालन करने में अपमान समझते थे, वह भी अब हेलमेट में दिख रहे हैं.

कई गुना अधिक बड़ी चालान की राशि

वाहन चालकों में बड़ी जुर्माना की राशि का असर देखा जा सकता है. एक सितम्बर के बाद ट्रैफिक पुलिस की खासी मुस्तैदी देख चालकों में असमंजस की स्थिति बनी हैं. ऐसे वाहन चालक जिनके कागज पूरे नहीं हैं, डीएल, आरसी व पॉल्यूशन के लिए संबंधित विभागों में लाइनें लगी हैं. ट्रैफिक टीम ने गुरुवार को भगवान टॉकिज चौराहे पर वाहन चेकिंग के लिए अभियान चलाया गया. टीम में ट्रैफिक इंस्पैक्टर सतीश कुमार राय, सब इंसपैक्टर मुन्नालाल, पुलिसकर्मी लोकेन्द्र, सुखबीर सिंह, सोनवीर सिंह, प्रबेन्द्र सिंह और विनोद कुमार होमगार्ड शामिल रहे.

जुर्माना की राशि सरकार द्वारा कई गुना अधिक की गई है, आम आदमी के लिए यह बहुत ही मुश्किल है. सरकार को सुविधाओं पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए.

For those drivers whose papers are not complete, there are lines in respective departments for DL, RC and Pollution. The traffic team on Thursday launched a campaign for vehicle checking at Bhagwan Talkies intersection. The team included Traffic Inspector Satish Kumar Rai, Sub Inspector Munnalal, Policemen Lokendra, Sukhbir Singh, Sonveer Singh, Prabendra Singh and Vinod Kumar Home Guards.

The amount of the fine has been increased many times by the government, it is very difficult for the common man. The government should also focus on facilities.
