फतेहाबाद. फतेहाबाद पुलिस ने गुरुवार सुबह मुखबिर की सूचना पर आगरा-फतेहाबाद मार्ग पर एक कैंटर गाड़ी को पकड़कर उसमें से 730 पेटी अवैध शराब बरामद की है. पुलिस ने दो अभियुक्तों को भी गिरफ्तार किया है. हालांकि दो शातिर भागने में सफल हो गए.
क्षेत्राधिकारी प्रभात कुमार ने बताया कि गुरुवार सुबह प्रभारी निरीक्षक फतेहाबाद प्रवेश कुमार सिंह को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि आगरा-फतेहाबाद मार्ग पर कैंटर संख्या एचआर 65ए 6245 फतेहाबाद की ओर आ रहा है. इसमें हरियाणा की अवैध शराब बिक्री के लिए जा रही है. सूचना मिलते ही प्रभारी निरीक्षक पुलिस बल के साथ रवाना होकर सिकरारा पुलिया के पास पहुंच गए. उन्हें यहां पर एक कैंटर आते हुए दिखाई दिया. पुलिस को देखकर चालक ने कैंटर को दूर ही रोक लिया इस उसमें बैठे सभी भागने लगे. पुलिस ने घेराबंदी कर दो लोगों को दबोच लिया और दो भागने में सफल हो गए. पुलिस ने कैंटर के अंदर से अवैध शराब का जखीरा बरामद किया. कैंटर में 730 पेटी शराब बरामद की.
पकड़े गए अभियुक्तों ने अपने नाम बॉबी उर्फ संदीप पुत्र बलविंदर सिंह निवासी थाना ववैन, जिला कुरुक्षेत्र हरियाणा तथा दूसरे ने अपना नाम गौतम परमार पुत्र विजय सिंह निवासी टिकैतपुरा थाना डौकी बताया. भागे हुए साथियों के नाम भाव सिंह पुत्र अजब सिंह निवासी डॉक्टरपुरा थाना निबोहरा व सुभाष पुत्र प्रेमचंद ग्राम उमरी थाना कुरुक्षेत्र हरियाणा बताया.
अभियुक्तों ने बताया कि वह बिना रैपर की हरियाणा से शराब का एक क्वार्टर 30 रुपये का खरीद कर दूसरे प्रांतों के रैपर चिपकाकर उसे 100 से 125 रुपये की कीमत पर बेच देते हैं. इसके साथ ही हरियाणा से निकालने का ठेका भी उन्हें लोगों का होता है. इसके बाद जिम्मेदारी शराब खरीदारों की होती है.
अभियुक्त गौतम परमार ने बताया कि दो ठेका स्वयं तथा दो ठेका उसकी पत्नी गुडि़या के नाम पर है. इसके अलावा दस शराब के ठेकों में वह पाटर्नर है. पुलिस सभी ठेकों की जांच में जुट गई है.ठेकाओ की जांच में जुट गई है.
पुलिस द्वारा चारों अभियुक्तों के विरुद्ध धारा 60, 63, 72 आबकारी अधिनियम व 420, 467, 468, 471 आईपीसी के अंतर्गत थाना फतेहाबाद में अभियोग दर्ज किया गया है.
गिरफ्तार करने वाली टीम में प्रभारी निरीक्षक फतेहाबाद प्रवेश कुमार, उपनिरीक्षक जितेंद्र गौतम, कांस्टेबल ज्ञान सिंह, नारायण लाल, अब्दुल रज्जाक, दीपक कुमार, कृष्ण कुमार आदि थे.

He saw a canter coming here. Seeing the police, the driver stopped the canter far away, so everyone sitting in it started running. The police cordoned off two people and managed to escape. Police recovered a cache of illicit liquor from inside the canter. 730 cases of liquor recovered in the canter.
The arrested accused named their names as Bobby alias Sandeep son Balwinder Singh resident Thana Vawain, District Kurukshetra Haryana and others named their name Gautam Parmar son Vijay Singh resident Tikaitpura police station. The names of the escaped associates Bhav Singh son Ajab Singh resident Doctorpura police station Nibohra and Subhash son Premchand village Umri police station Kurukshetra Haryana.
The accused said that without buying a rapper, they buy a quarter of liquor from Haryana for Rs 30 and paste the wrappers from other provinces and sell it at a price of Rs 100 to 125. Along with this, the contract of eviction from Haryana also belongs to the people. After this, the responsibility of the liquor buyers rests.
The accused Gautam Parmar said that two contracts are in the name of himself and two contracts in the name of his wife Gudiya. Apart from this, he is the partner in ten liquor contracts. The police has been involved in the investigation of all contracts.
The police have registered an indictment against the four accused under Section 60, 63, 72 Excise Act and 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Fatehabad police station.
The arresting team included in-charge inspector Fatehabad Pravesh Kumar, sub-inspector Jitendra Gautam, constable Gyan Singh, Narayan Lal, Abdul Razzaq, Deepak Kumar, Krishna Kumar etc.
