न्यूज डेस्क आगरा मीडिया ::---.आगरा में पुलिसवालों की करतूत से एक बेकसूर को साढ़े 13 साल तक जेल में बंद रहना पड़ा। पीड़ित की अपील पर हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई तो पुलिसकर्मियों की करतूत सामने आई। पुलिस ने आत्महत्या के मामले को हत्या दर्शाया था। हाईकोर्ट ने सीओ, दरोगा पर कार्रवाई के आदेश दिए हैं।
मामला थाना ताजगंज का है। यहां वर्ष 2006 में तैनात रहे दरोगा संजय जायसवाल, आरके मिश्रा और सीओ सदर राजेश कुमार पांडेय की लापरवाही से बसई खुर्द निवासी इंटीरियर डिजाइनर पंकज शर्मा उर्फ बॉबी (40) साढ़े 13 साल जेल में बंद है। अब उन्हें इंसाफ मिला है।
बॉबी सहित छह लोगों को बसपा नेता ध्रुव पाराशर के भाई ललित पाराशर की हत्या में सेशन कोर्ट ने उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई थी। पीड़ितों की अपील पर उच्च न्यायालय में हुई सुनवाई में मामला आत्महत्या का साबित हुआ। न्यायालय ने सभी को बरी कर दिया है।
मार्च 2006 में हुई थी मौत
ललित की मौत 22 मार्च 2006 को हुई थी। ध्रुव ने ताजगंज थाना में हत्या का केस दर्ज कराया। ललित के ससुर जगदीश प्रसाद शर्मा, सास शिवरानी, साले पंकज उर्फ बॉबी, राहुल शर्मा, अमित शर्मा, अनिल शर्मा, अन्य रिश्तेदार मूलचंद, विजय शर्मा को नामजद कराया।
इन पर पिस्टल से गोली मारकर हत्या का आरोप लगाया। सभी जेल भेजे गए। बॉबी को छोड़कर अन्य को जमानत मिल गई। छह अक्तूबर 2009 को शिवरानी और मूलचंद को छोड़कर अन्य को सेशन कोर्ट ने उम्रकैद की सजा सुना दी। ये लोग अपील में हाईकोर्ट गए।
इनकी पैरवी करने वाले वकील अकलंक जैन, वीपी सिंह धाकरे और जितेंद्र सिसौदिया ने बताया कि उच्च न्यायालय ने सभी छह आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया। बॉबी साढ़े 13 साल से ही जेल में बंद है। वो जब जेल गया था, तब उसकी उम्र 27 साल थी, अब 40 है। विवेचना दरोगा संजय जायसवाल, आरके मिश्रा ने की। विवेचना का पर्यवेक्षण सीओ राजेश कुमार पांडेय ने किया।

ताकि जांच एजेंसियों की विश्वसनीयता बनी रहे
उच्च न्यायालय ने सीओ राजेश कुमार पांडेय और दरोगा संजय जायसवाल पर कार्रवाई कर चार माह में रिपोर्ट भेजने के आदेश एसएसपी को दिए हैं। आदेश के अनुपालन के लिए जिला जज, डीजीपी, आईजी को भी लिखा है। उच्च न्यायालय ने टिप्पणी की है कि यह कार्रवाई इसलिए जरूरी है ताकि जांच एजेंसियों की विश्वसनीयता बनी रहे।
डॉक्टर तक का बयान दर्ज नहीं किया
हाईकोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि विवेचक ने उस उपाध्याय नर्सिग होम के डॉक्टर तक का बयान दर्ज नहीं किया जिसने ललित पाराशर का उपचार किया था। जो ड्राइवर राजेंद्र थाने में मीमो (सूचना) ले गया, उसका भी बयान दर्ज नहीं किया गया। न घटनास्थल के आस पास के लोगों से बात की गई, न ही बॉबी की कॉल डिटेल निकलवाई।

Lalit died on 22 March 2006. Dhruv filed a murder case at Tajganj police station. Named Lalit's father-in-law Jagdish Prasad Sharma, mother-in-law Shivrani, brother-in-law Pankaj alias Bobby, Rahul Sharma, Amit Sharma, Anil Sharma, other relatives Moolchand, Vijay Sharma.
He was charged with murder by shooting him with a pistol. All were sent to jail. Except Bobby, the others got bail. On 6 October 2009, except Sivarani and Moolchand, the sessions court sentenced them to life imprisonment. These people went to the High Court in appeal.
Advocates Akalank Jain, VP Singh Dhakre and Jitendra Sisodia, representing them, said that the High Court acquitted all the six accused. Bobby has been in jail for 13 and a half years. When he went to jail, he was 27 years old, now 40. Sanjay Jaiswal, Diveka Doga, RK Mishra. The inquiry was supervised by CO Rajesh Kumar Pandey.

So that the credibility of the investigating agencies remains
After taking action against CO Rajesh Kumar Pandey and Daroga Sanjay Jaiswal, the High Court has ordered the SSP to send the report in four months. It has also written to the District Judge, DGP, IG for compliance with the order. The High Court has remarked that this action is necessary to maintain the credibility of the investigating agencies.
The doctor did not even record the statement
The High Court said in its order that Vivekak did not even record the statement of the doctor of Upadhyay Nursing Home who treated Lalit Parashar. The statement of the driver who took Mimo (information) to Rajendra police station was also not recorded. Neither people from the scene of the incident were spoken to, nor did Bobby's call detail be retrieved.
