किरावली क्षेत्र में चार दिनोें से जारी बिजली संकट बरकरार Power crisis continues for four days in Kirawali region

 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.किरावली। पूरे तहसील क्षेत्र में बिजली का संकट बरकरार शुक्रवार को चौथे दिन भी बरकरार रहा। विकास खण्ड अछनेरा के दर्जनों गांव अंधेरे में डूबे हैं। बिजली महकमे के अधिकारियों को मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ का कतई भय नहीं है। चेकिंग के नाम पर उपभोक्ताओं का मानसिक एवं आर्थिक उत्पीड़न किया जा रहा है। इससे ग्रामीणों में भारी आक्रोश है।
किरावली, अछनेरा, फतेहपुरसीकरी के अलावा क्षेत्र के दर्जनों गांव पिछले चार दिनों से अंधेरे में डूबे हुए हैं। अछनेरा के गांव कचौरा के लोगों ने बताया कि उनके गांव में स्थित विद्युत उपकेन्द्र से पड़ोस के गांव बस्तई, जनूथा, मई, मंगूरा, कासौटी, कठवारी, रैपुरा अहीर आदि गांवों के लिए विद्युत आपूर्ति की जाती है, लेकिन पिछले चार दिनों से सभी गांव अंधेरे में डूबे हैं। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि विभागीय अधिकारियों के इशारे पर कर्मचारी उपभोक्ताओं का भारी आर्थिक और मानसिक उत्पीड़न कर रहे हैं। उपभोक्ताओं के खिलाफ फर्जी मुकदमे दर्ज कराये जा रहे हैं। सत्तादल के नेता तमाशा देख रहे हैं। ग्रामीण उपभोक्ताओं का यह भी कहना है कि सपा-बसपा की मानसिकता वाले अधिकारी प्रदेश सरकार को बदनाम करने की नीयत से उपभोक्ताओं को परेशान कर रहे हैं। जरा-जरा सी बात पर कनेक्शन काटे जा रहे हैं। लाइन में हुए फॉल्ट की शिकायत करने पर विद्युत कर्मचारी रिश्वत की सीधी मांग करते हैं। रिश्वत न देने पर उपभोक्ताओं से कहा जाता है कि विभाग के कार्यालय पर आकर पहले अपना बिल दिखायें, इसके बाद फॉल्ट ठीक किया जायेगा। दूसरी तरफ, एसडीओ ललित कुमार ने रिश्वत के आरोप को गलत बताते हुए कहा कि लाइनों पर काम चलने के कारण आपूर्ति बंद की जा रही है। जब उनसे पूछा गया कि मरम्मत की सूचना उपभोक्ताओं को पहले क्यों नहीं दी गयी, इस पर उन्होंने कहा कि वे यहां हाल में आए हैं, पूरा मामला समझने के बाद ठोस कदम उठायेंगे।

The people of Kachaura village of Achnera told that the electricity sub-station located in their village supplied electricity to the neighboring villages Bastai, Janutha, May, Mangura, Kasauti, Kathwari, Rapura Ahir etc., but for the last four days all the villages Immersed in darkness. The villagers allege that at the behest of departmental officers, the employees are committing heavy financial and mental harassment of consumers. Fake cases are being filed against consumers. Leaders of the ruling party are watching the show. Rural consumers also say that the SP-BSP mentality officials are harassing consumers with the intention of defaming the state government. Connections are being cut at the slightest. On complaining of fault in the line, the electrical workers make direct demand for bribe. On not giving bribe, consumers are asked to come to the department office and show their bill first, after which the fault will be corrected. On the other hand, SDO Lalit Kumar called the bribery charge wrong and said that the supply was being stopped due to work on the lines. When asked why the repair information was not given to the consumers earlier, they said that they have come here recently, after understanding the whole matter, will take concrete steps.
