न्यूज डेस्क आगरा मीडिया ::---.एटा जिले की नगर पंचायत निधौलीकलां में मार्ग प्रकाश व्यवस्था के नाम पर डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये का घोटाला कर दिया गया। नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष ने स्थानीय निकाय निदेशालय और मंडलायुक्त से शिकायत कर जांच की मांग की है। मामले में मंडलायुक्त ने जिलाधिकारी को जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं।
निधौलीकलां नगर पंचायत को साल 2017-18 में आदर्श नगर योजना के तहत विद्युतीकरण मार्ग प्रकाश व्यवस्था के लिए शासन ने डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये जारी किए गए थे। नगर पंचायत को 75-75 लाख रुपये की दो किश्तों में यह धनराशि दी गई थी।
नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष देवलाल लोधी ने शिकायत में कहा कि 75 लाख की पहली किश्त में 200 एलईडी (45 वॉट) और 37 एलईडी (70 वॉट) शर्मा इंटरप्राइजेज बदायूं से महंगे दामों में खरीदी गईं। इनकी गुणवत्ता खराब थी। 45 वॉट की एलईडी 25146 रुपये और 70 वॉट की एलईडी 40293 रुपये की दर से खरीदी गईं और विद्युत पोल 27076 रुपये की दर से खरीदा गया।
मानकों का ध्यान नहीं रखा गया
खरीदारी में मानकों का ध्यान नहीं रखा गया। वहीं बाजार में अच्छी कंपनी की 45 वॉट की एलईडी 5500 रुपये और 70 वॉट की एलईडी 7700 रुपये की आती है। विद्युत पोल आठ हजार रुपये का मिलता है। कार्य को लेकर आपूर्तिकर्ता फर्म की कोई जवाबदेही तय नहीं की गई। खराब गुणवत्ता के कारण सारी लाइटें कुछ ही दिन में खराब हो गईं और पोल गल गए।
पंचायत अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि चुनाव जीतने के बाद उन्होंने निरीक्षण किया तो प्रकाश व्यवस्था की पोल खुल गई। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों और ईओ से पत्रावलियां मांगी, तो नहीं दी गई। मामले की शिकायत स्थानीय निकाय निदेशालय से की गई है। जिस पर निदेशालय के निर्देश पर मंडलायुक्त ने डीएम को जांच के निर्देश दिए हैं।
कुछ महीनों पहले मामले की शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री से की गई थी। जिस पर तत्कालीन संयुक्त मजिस्ट्रेट महेंद्र सिंह तंवर ने जांच की थी। जांच टीम को भी लिपिकों ने पत्रावलियां नहीं दीं। अब मामले में मंडलायुक्त ने जांच के आदेश दिए हैं, जिससे विभाग में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है।

In the complaint, Nagar Panchayat President Devlal Lodhi said that in the first installment of Rs 75 lakh, 200 LED (45 W) and 37 LED (70 W) were purchased at expensive prices from Sharma Enterprises Badaun. Their quality was poor. 45 Watt LEDs were purchased at Rs 25146 and 70 Watt LEDs at the rate of Rs 40293 and electrical poles were purchased at Rs 27076.
Standards not taken care of
Standards were not considered in shopping. At the same time, 45 Watt LED of good company comes to Rs 5500 and 70 Watt LED 7700 rupees in the market. Electricity pole is worth eight thousand rupees. No responsibility of the supplier firm regarding the work was fixed. Due to poor quality, all the lights went bad within a few days and the poles were melted.
The Panchayat President said that after winning the election, he inspected and the lighting system was exposed. He asked for letters of communication from employees and EO, but was not given. The matter has been reported to the local body directorate. On which on the instructions of the Directorate, the Mandalayukta has directed the DM to investigate.
A few months ago, the matter was complained to the Chief Minister. Which was then investigated by the then Joint Magistrate Mahendra Singh Tanwar. The clerks also did not give letters to the investigation team. Now the Mandalayukta has ordered an inquiry into the matter, which has caused a stir in the department.
