न्यूज डेस्क आगरा मीडिया ::---. हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने राज्य की जनता का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि वह नशे के धंधे में संलिप्त राष्ट्र विरोधी ताकतों की जानकारी पुलिस को दे और इस प्रकार की सूचना देने वाले व्यक्ति या संस्था का नाम गुप्त रखा जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री कल सायं जन आशीर्वाद यात्रा के दौरान सिरसा में जनसभा को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि जो युवा नशे की लत में पढ़ चुके हैं अगर वे छोडऩा चाहते हैं तो राज्य सरकार द्वारा उनका पूरा सहयोग किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे युवाओं को चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी तथा योग्यता अनुसार अपना कार्य करने वाले युवाओं को धनराशि उपलब्ध करवाकर उनको पैरों पर खड़ा होने का अवसर प्रदान किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि चंडीगढ़ में पिछले दिनों उत्तर भारत के 8 राज्यों की बैठक हुई थी जिसमें नशे के अवैध कारोबार पर लगाम कसने के लिए आपसी तालमेल पर विचार किया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बैठक में उत्तर भारत के राज्यों ने स्टेट टास्क फोर्स गठित करने का फैसला लिया। उन्होंने बताया कि हरियाणा में भी ऐसी एक फोर्स गठित की गई है जो नशे के अवैध धंधे को रोकने के लिए है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा ग्रुप सी व डी से लेकर एचसीएस तक की नौकरियों को मेरिट के आधार पर दिया जा रहा है उन्होंने कहा कि नौकरियों के मामले में गड़बड़ी करने वाले पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री जेल की सजा भी भुगत रहे हैं । उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान सरकार ने भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त प्रशासन देकर व्यवस्था परिवर्तन का काम किया है और अधिकतर विभागों में ऑनलाइन स्थानांतरण नीति लागू करके कर्मचारियों को राहत प्रदान की है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने विपक्षी दलों पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि जो लोग उनको अनुभवहीन बताकर 6 माह से लेकर 2 साल से ज्यादा तक सरकार न चलने की तथाकथित भविष्यवाणी करते थे वही लोग अब उन्हें राजनीति का खिलाड़ी बता रहे हैं । उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे उनकी तरह राजसत्ता को भोगने का अनुभव तो नहीं था लेकिन जनसेवा का अनुभव है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा की ढाई करोड जनता उनका परिवार है और वे इस परिवार की पिछले 5 वर्षों से लगातार सेवा कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अगले कार्यकाल में उनका मुख्य उद्देश्य शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा प्रदान करना होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने जम्मू कश्मीर में अनुच्छेद 370 को हटाकर जो दमदार निर्णय लिया है उसका पूरे देश में स्वागत किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस निर्णय से जम्मू और कश्मीर में आतंकवाद पर एक बड़ा प्रहार है। इस मौके पर सांसद सुनीता दुग्गल व संजय भाटिया, जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी मंत्री डॉ बनवारीलाल, खाद्य नागरिक आपूर्ति और उपभोक्ता मामले मंत्री करण देव कंबोज, विधायक कमल गुप्ता सहित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।

The Chief Minister was addressing a public meeting in Sirsa yesterday during the Jan Ashirwad Yatra. He said that the youth who have studied in addiction, if they want to leave, will be fully supported by the state government. He said that medical facilities will be provided to such youth and by providing funds to the youth doing their work according to merit, they will be given the opportunity to stand on their feet.
He said that a meeting of 8 states of North India was held in Chandigarh recently in which mutual coordination was considered to curb the illegal drug trade. He told that in this meeting the states of North India decided to set up a State Task Force. He informed that such a force has also been formed in Haryana to stop the illegal drug trade.
The Chief Minister said that jobs ranging from Group C and D to HCS are being given by the present government on merit basis. He said that the former Chief Minister who is making a mess in the matter of jobs is also facing jail sentence. He said that the present government has done the work of changing the system by giving corruption free administration and providing relief to the employees by implementing online transfer policy in most departments.
The Chief Minister took a dig at the opposition parties and said that those who used to call them naive and predicting not running the government for more than 6 months to 2 years, are now calling them players of politics. He said that I did not have the experience to enjoy the state like him but I have the experience of public service. He said that two and a half million people of Haryana are his family and they have been serving this family continuously for the last 5 years. He said that his main objective in the next term would be to provide education, health, security.
The Chief Minister said that the powerful decision taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah by removing Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir is being welcomed throughout the country. He said that this decision has a big attack on terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir. Members of Parliament Sunita Duggal and Sanjay Bhatia, Public Health Engineering Minister Dr. Banwarilal, Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Karan Dev Kamboj, MLA Kamal Gupta and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
