कश्मीरः सेना के खिलाफ झूठी खबर फैलाने के आरोप में शेहला पर राष्ट्रद्रोह का केस Kashmir: Treason case against Shehla for spreading false news against army

 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.सेना के खिलाफ झूठी खबर फैलाने के लिए आरोप में जेएनयू स्टूडेंट और ऐक्टिविस्ट शेहला रशीद पर शुक्रवार को देशद्रोह का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल सेल ने कहा कि 3 सितंबर को एफआईआर दर्ज की गई और शेहला की गिरफ्तारी की मांग करने वाले सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वकील आलोक श्रीवास्तव की शिकायत पर देशद्रोह का मामला दर्ज किया गया। शेहला जवाहर लाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय(जेएनयू) से पीएचडी कर रही हैं। एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी ने कहा, 'उनके खिलाफ कश्मीर घाटी में कथित रूप से सैन्य कार्रवाई की गलत सूचना ट्वीट करने के लिए आईपीसी 124-ए(देशद्रोह), 153-ए(दुश्मनी को बढ़ावा देना), 504(जानबूझकर शांति भंग करने के इरादे से अपमान करने) और 505(उपद्रव करवाने के लिए बयान देने) के तहत मामला दर्ज कराया गया है। उनके खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वकील अलख आलोक श्रीवास्तव ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी।' 

अपने सिलसिलेवार ट्वीट में रशीद ने दावा किया था कि सेना घाटी में अंधाधुंध तरीके से लोगों को उठा रही है, घरों में छापे मार रही है और लोगों को प्रताड़ित कर रही है। उन्होंने दावा किया था कि घाटी में सत्तारूढ़ बीजेपी के अजेंडे को पूरा करने के लिए मानवाधिकारों का हनन किया जा रहा है। इन आरोपों पर लोगों ने काफी तीखी प्रतिक्रिया दी थी। रशीद ने हालांकि कहा था कि जब भारतीय सेना जांच गठित करेगी तो वह सबूत देने के लिए तैयार हैं। 


भारतीय सेना ने रशीद के दावों को खारिज कर दिया था और इसे बेबुनियाद और असत्यापित बताया था। सेना की ओर से उनके दावों को खारिज करने के बाद, कई लोगों ने रशीद पर कश्मीर में शांति भंग करने के लिए फर्जी खबर फैलाने का आरोप लगाया।

The Special Cell of Delhi Police said that an FIR was registered on 3 September and a case of treason was registered on the complaint of Supreme Court lawyer Alok Srivastava seeking Shehla's arrest. Shehla is pursuing PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). A senior police official said, "IPC 124-A (sedition), 153-A (promoting enmity), 504 (for deliberately breaching peace) for tweeting false information of alleged military action against him in Kashmir Valley." A case has been registered under intent to offend) and 505 (making statement for causing nuisance). A complaint was filed against him by Supreme Court lawyer Alakh Alok Srivastava.

In his serial tweet, Rashid claimed that the army was indiscriminately picking up people, raiding homes and torturing people in the valley. He claimed that human rights are being violated to fulfill the ruling BJP's agenda in the valley. People had reacted sharply to these allegations. Rashid, however, said that he was ready to give evidence when the Indian Army would set up an inquiry.


Rashid's claims were rejected by the Indian Army and described it as baseless and unverified. After the army rejected his claims, many accused Rashid of spreading fake news to disturb the peace in Kashmir.
