 न्यूज डेस्क  आगरा मीडिया  ::---.नए शस्त्र लाइसेंस बनवाने के लिए सिफारिशों की संख्या बढ़ती जा रही है। प्रशासनिक अफसरों के पास हर दिन छह से आठ सिफारिशें पहुंच रही हैं। जिसे देखते हुए अफसरों ने कार्यालय के बाहर 'शस्त्र लाइसेंस के लिए संपर्क न करें' चस्पा कर दिया है। फिलहाल नए शस्त्र लाइसेंस जारी नहीं होंगे। 

आगरा में साढ़े 47 हजार शस्त्र लाइसेंसी हैं। हर्ष फायरिंग में शस्त्र लाइसेंसों के दुरुपयोग के चलते इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने साढ़े तीन साल पूर्व नए लाइसेंस जारी करने पर रोक लगा दी थी। फरवरी 2019 में कोर्ट ने रोक हटाई, लेकिन इस बीच लोकसभा चुनाव-2019 की घोषणा हो गई। इसके चलते एक भी नया लाइसेंस जारी नहीं हुआ। आदर्श आचार संहिता खत्म होने के बाद दो हजार नए फॉर्म बिके। आयुध कार्यालय में यह जमा हुए और फिर पुलिस रिपोर्ट के लिए भेज दिए गए। 500 के करीब फाइल कंप्लीट होकर आ गईं। नए शस्त्र लाइसेंस की आस में लोगों ने जनप्रतिनिधियों से सिफारिश लगवाना शुरू कर दिया। कई जनप्रतिनिधियों ने तो बाकायदा 50-50 लोगों की सूची भी भेज दी। अफसरों को फोन कर लाइसेंस जारी करने के लिए कहा भी, लेकिन नए लाइसेंस जारी न होने की बात कह अफसरों ने सूची को वापस कर दिया।

छह माह की है वैधता

तीन सौ फाइलों को आयुध कार्यालय ने पुलिस को लौटा दिया है। छह माह पूरे होने के बाद रिपोर्ट की वैधता खत्म हो गई थी।

पांच से सात आवेदन हर दिन

कलक्ट्रेट स्थित आयुध अनुभाग में नए शस्त्र लाइसेंस के आवेदन के लिए हर दिन पांच से सात आवेदन के लिए पहुंच रहे हैं।

फिलहाल नया शस्त्र लाइसेंस जारी नहीं किया जा रहा है। इसकी जानकारी सभी जनप्रतिनिधियों सहित अन्य को दे दी गई है।

There are 47 thousand and fifty thousand arms licensees in Agra. The Allahabad High Court had stayed the issuance of new licenses three and a half years ago due to misuse of arms licenses in Harsh firing. The court lifted the ban in February 2019, but in the meantime the Lok Sabha elections-2019 were announced. Due to this, no new license was issued. Two thousand new forms were sold after the completion of the model code of conduct. They were deposited in the Ordnance Office and then sent for a police report. Close to 500 files came in complete. People started getting recommendations from public representatives in the hope of new arms license. Many public representatives have also sent a list of 50-50 people. The officers were asked to call and issue licenses, but the officials returned the list saying that no new licenses were issued.

Validity is six months

The Ordnance Office has returned 300 files to the police. The validity of the report was over after completion of six months.

Five to seven applications every day

Every day five to seven applications are being made for the application of new arms license in the Ordnance Section at Collectorate.

At present, the new arms license is not being issued. Its information has been given to all the public representatives and others.
